My guest today is Tony Blauer. Tony is a self-defense expert and the creator of the SPEAR system which stands for Spontaneous Protection Enabling Accelerated Response. I know that's a mouthful but what he's been able to learn, develop, and teach is how to harness the body's natural defense mechanisms to respond to a threat of violence effectively. He's been training special forces and LEOs since the 80's and is one of the only experts who has successfully affected training across all the combat-related communities: self-defense, combat sports and the military & law enforcement sector.
