July 25, 2013: If a recent CrossFit Games video is to be believed, stressed induced urinary incontinence is largely unavoidable, particularly for women who participate in high-impact exercise or women who have had children.

 
In this episode, two physical therapists respond to the video, making it clear that although stress induced urinary incontinence is common, it isn’t normal, and it’s also preventable.
