Dr. Hacker shares how celebrating wins impacts the neuroplasticity of our brains, washes our brains in neurochemicals and creates a habit loop. Dr. Hacker, Julie and Lynn then celebrate wins of their own from 2023, and Dr. Hacker gives tips on how to do this in your life, particularly if you're reticent to do so.
