Deanna discusses when she felt shame about how she felt as a new mother after the birth of her daughter. Frances also shares her own past shame related to the expectations of mothers, bonding and new parents in general.
Deanna talks about how "she has bucked the system" and starts letting go of all the expectations in order to manage her sanity and the women talk about their support system and how to manage their emotional hangups.
