S6/EP 1: Reflecting on 2022, should I stay or let it go?
Primos y Primas,Throughout the year, I reflect. Sometimes itās through video and other times itās written in my beautiful journal with my stickers and beautiful pens. ( yes, I am a nerdette) I reflect to provide clarity, to align myself with my vision and to stay grounded( oh boy I try) However, at the end of this past year something jumped at me!I kept seeing a common denominator of "Dear God I must do this before I do this.... I later realized in my massive relfection I ended up doing the total opposite and quickly realized I was overthinking SOOOO many things! I have been journaling since I was a kid and it can be so cathartic and refreshing to do. Sometimes it can even be heavy. Other times itās healing. But mostly, itās so incredibly enlightening.
